Inventa Group SMS Support Program
Inventa Group offers an SMS notification program to existing clients as part of our managed services agreement. This page describes how opt-in works.
Who is eligible
The SMS program is available exclusively to Inventa Group clients with an active service agreement. The program is not open to the general public.
How to opt in
1. Upon onboarding, Inventa Group sends each client a personalized invitation email to create an account on the Inventa Group client support portal.
2. During account registration, clients see an SMS consent checkbox with the following disclosure:

my support tickets, including ticket receipt confirmations,
status updates, and resolution notifications. Message frequency
varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

3. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Clients who do not check the box will not receive SMS messages.
4. After account creation, clients may update their SMS preference at any time within their account settings.

Message frequency, rates, opt-out
Message frequency varies based on ticket activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
Privacy
Inventa Group does not share mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
