1. Overview These Terms & Conditions govern your consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Inventa Group ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with our customer support and helpdesk services.
2. SMS Messaging Program — Opt-In: By creating an account on the Inventa Group client support portal and checking the SMS consent checkbox during account registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from Inventa Group. You may update your SMS preference at any time within your account settings. These messages may include ticket receipt confirmations, ticket status updates, incident notifications, and resolution confirmations sent by Inventa Group support staff through assigned company phone numbers.
3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies depending on the nature and status of your support request. You may receive multiple messages per open ticket.
4. Messaging Rates Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Inventa Group does not charge for SMS communications.
5. How to Opt Out You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To resume, reply START.
6. Help For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at admin@inventagroup.com.
7. Privacy: Your phone number and message history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.inventagroup.com/privacy. No mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent information collected through this program will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our SMS service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
